AA Field Target Match Match Results, July 29 & August 12, 2000 Increasing the Difficulty by Ken Hughes The weather was perfect. We have a lot of new faces and an influx of Daystate rifles that are shooting well. Doug Vinson, Robert Crocker, Joel Hansel, David Simpson, Lori Simpson, and I are going to the worlds/nationals this month. AA should be well represented. AA August match course was very difficult. I believe the course difficulty rating is 36.0. I have again been asked if we are going to have an official state championship or regional match for out of town guests to attend? Input from the members would be appreciated, and soon!! _________________________ World/Nationals Match News August 20, 2000 From the latest reports, Minnesota is ready for our arrival. Rumors have it that this will be a match to remember. Airgunning Atlanta will have a strong team attending made up of Robert Crocker, Joel Hansel, Ken Hughes, and Doug Vinson. David Simpson is competing in Nationals having been introduced to Field Targeting Airgunning only in the past few months.  As you can see by his scores, he has quickly progressed to join AA’s best shooters. + + +
